Representative Navarre brought up reconsideration of the vote on HB
144 (page 710).                                                                
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 144                                                            
"An Act relating to fees for certain costs of administering the               
permanent fund dividend program."

Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that HB
144 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                  
considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
